Production Specialist (Print Production & Workflow Coordination)
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized a Production Specialist to support and oversee print production workflows and operational processes . This role ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, meet strict deadlines, and maintain the highest standards of quality, color accuracy, and production consistency .
The ideal candidate will have experience in production coordination, workflow management, and print operations support , along with strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and document job workflows and production instructions for print projects
- Assist in creating and managing production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Support management of end-to-end production workflows from intake to completion
- Maintain a strong focus on color accuracy, print quality, and output consistency
- Coordinate with production teams to assign work and support workflow efficiency
- Assist in managing packaging, fulfillment, and shipping preparation
- Oversee shipping logistics, tracking, and delivery coordination
- Support sourcing and evaluation of new print materials and production supplies
- Participate in research and development (R&D) for new production processes and workflow improvements
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to process optimization and problem-solving
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using Microsoft Excel and related tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in print production, manufacturing, or production coordination roles
- Strong understanding of production workflows and scheduling processes
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic production management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality assurance and consistency
