What Will You Do as a Caregiver?
As a Visiting Angels Blue Bell Caregiver , you’ll provide compassionate, non-medical home care that helps seniors remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Preparing meals and assisting with daily routines
- Providing medication reminders
- Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
- Assisting with grocery shopping and errands
- Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Assisting with transportation when applicable
- Observing client well-being and reporting changes
- Encouraging independence and maintaining dignity
- Building trusting relationships with clients and their families

### Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or in-home caregiver preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
