Overview
Fountain Tire Timmins a reputable full service repair facility, is looking for a responsible, experienced, and safety conscious associate to join our team as an Automotive Tire Technician!

Primary Responsibilities:
- Install, balance, and rotate passenger, light truck, and wheels
- Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including WHMIS, TIA, Job Hazard Assessment, and Customer Experience Standards
- The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe
- Maintain tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
- Complete specialty tire work, which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.
- Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
- Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road, site or field!
Working conditions:
- A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded
- Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 55lbs is required
- This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc and we need someone who will be up for the challenge
- This role requires nearly constant standing, crouching or kneeling
Qualifications:
- We are looking for an experienced tire professional who can hit the ground running!
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- A valid driver's license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract
- Excellent customer service skills and a great attitude are essential
