Payroll Specialist – Winner Automotive Group
Winner Automotive Group is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations across our dealership locations. If you know Paycom inside and out and can juggle multi-location processing without breaking a sweat, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Process payroll accurately and on time across multiple dealership locations
- Administer and maintain payroll functions within Paycom
- Track, manage, and reconcile employee leave (PMFL, FMLA, STD, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with wage, hour, and tax regulations
- Partner with HR and dealership management to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports as needed
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Proven experience running payroll in Paycom (required)
- Experience processing payroll for multiple locations simultaneously
- Strong understanding of leave administration and tracking
- High attention to detail and a knack for catching errors before they happen
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
