Uline is seeking a Vice Presiden t of Marketing to lead one of North America's largest print marketing programs, shaping customer engagement across 45,000+ products. Develop leaders across the department, oversee significant marketing investments and partner with executive leadership committed to long-term growth .

Position Responsibilities

- Direct one of North America's largest print marketing programs, shaping strategy for catalogs, direct mail and print communications for 45,000+ products.

- Lead and develop director s and managers across campaign execution, audience targeting, procurement, distribution and quality assurance to ensure high performance.

- Oversee print production, paper sourcing and postage operations, driving efficiency, optimizing costs and improving program effectiveness .

- Build strategic partnerships and negotiate agreements with print , paper, mailing and data vendor s to ensure exceptional quality, service and value.

- Partner with executive leaders across Creative, Merchandising, Sales and Finance to align print marketing initiatives and o versee $500M+ annual investment .

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Advertising, Business or related field . MBA preferred .

- 15+ years of leadership experience in catalog publishing, print marketing , direct mail or marketing operations.

- 10+ years of experience leading managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment .

- Proven success negotiating vendor contracts, managing large-scale budgets and improving operation al efficienc y .
