Description of the role:
The Cashier position at Heim BBQ - Mockingbird in Dallas, Texas, is responsible for handling customer transactions and providing outrageous hospitality and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm, genuine greeting.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner throughout their experience.
- Answer customer questions and provide information about menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred, but not necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
