About this role
This is a remote position.
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
· Build conversational experiences that answer user questions, automate tasks, and execute business workflows.
· Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms.
· Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
· Create and manage Power Automate workflows and AI-driven business processes.
· Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, and orchestration logic.
· Implement governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
· Monitor agent performance, usage metrics, and continuously improve response quality.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define AI use cases.
· Support production deployment, troubleshooting, and operational excellence of AI solutions.
