JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary
- Drive and execute sales planning and selling activities to assigned accounts and territories.
- Provide technical support to physicians during Cardiac Rhythm Management device implant and follow-up.
- Work as a team to support and achieve company's goals and directions.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform Cardiac Rhythm Management product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territories.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve annual plan, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories with sales planning, revenue & market share tracking report as well as account customers profile in assigned accounts or territories.
- Provide technical support of Cardiac Rhythm Management products in Hong Kong and Macau.
- Provide training to doctors, nurses & healthcare professional.
- Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner as per company policy.
- Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
- Understand local government healthcare policy and market trend.
- Serve as back-up for other team members.
Requirements: Education and Experience
- Willing to travel and work overtime.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent spoken and written English and local language skills.
- Qualifications at a degree level in a medical or business-related field required.
