Job Summary: Episcopal High School is looking for a dynamic professional to teach four sections of English, covering two consecutive parental leaves. The School is open to candidates who can take on the entirety of the two leaves, as well as those who can take on only one of the time periods. The specific assignment involves first teaching two sections of freshman English (Fundamentals in Literature and Composition) and two sections of electives for juniors/seniors, and then switching over to one section of sophomore English (Genre Studies) and two sections of electives for juniors/seniors. We seek enthusiastic and talented candidates who will participate eagerly in the life of the School, and who will actively advance the School's mission. References should speak to the candidates capacity and willingness to work creatively and effectively in a boarding school environment (NB: any residential duties would be ancillary to the main teaching assignment, but, if they are of interest to the candidate, can be discussed).
