About this role

What will be your impact?

Learning Needs Analysis

- Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and managers to identify capability requirements and skill gaps.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using business inputs, employee feedback, performance data, and organizational priorities.
- Translate identified needs into relevant learning interventions and development plans.

Behavioral Training Design & Content Development

- Design and develop behavioral and soft-skills programs from concept to delivery.
- Create training content, participant materials, activities, case studies, assessments, and learning modules.
- Develop programs covering areas such as communication, influencing, leadership, collaboration, stakeholder management, executive presence, coaching and feedback, conflict management, change management, decision-making, and professional effectiveness.
- Apply adult learning, instructional design, and experiential learning principles.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

- Design and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, in-person, and blended learning programs.
- Deliver onboarding and employee development programs.
- Use engaging methodologies such as discussions, role plays, simulations, and case studies.
- Continuously improve programs based on learner feedback and outcomes.

Learning Programs & E-Learning

- Support the design and implementation of onboarding, e-learning, leadership development, and other talent development programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop scalable learning solutions.
- Leverage digital learning platforms and emerging technologies to enhance the learning experience.

Learning Effectiveness & ROI

- Define measures to evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact.
- Track participation, completion, learner feedback, skill improvement, and application of learning.
- Analyze learning data and report on program effectiveness and ROI.
- Use insights to continuously improve learning solutions.

Workday Learning

- Working knowledge of Workday Learning, with the ability to independently manage learning programs, courses, learner assignments, training records, reporting, and day-to-day L&D administration.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering behavioral/soft-skills training.
- Experience independently creating learning content and training materials.
- Experience in a multinational/corporate environment is an advantage.
- Location: Remote – Germany / Austria/ Other European Countries
- Travel: ~30% within and outside base location
- Willing to work flexible hours to provide support to other geographies
- Languages: German & English – Expert level; French working knowledge is an advantage
