The Work
You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. You'll participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and contribute to clinical program development.

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina (required — we are not able to hire other license types at this time)</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Post-graduate clinical hours already accrued toward full licensure (required — this role is best suited for associates who are actively logging supervised hours, not candidates just beginning their post-graduate track)</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM</li>
