CARE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and ambulation assistance
- taking initiative at client's homes & engaging in social activities
- effectively documenting client changes
- effectively communicating with team
- providing a positive & professional experience to our clients
CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years relevant caregiver experience preferred
- current auto liability required
- personal vehicle required
- valid driver's license required
