Guest Services Representative
Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Services Representative to create exceptional guest experiences at Zermatt Resort. As the first point of contact for many guests, this role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting with reservations and front desk operations, and supporting resort activities to ensure a memorable stay.
Duties
Welcome guests and provide a positive first impression of the resort
Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests
Provide information regarding resort amenities, activities, and local attractions
Address guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and excellent customer service
Assist with bell services, resort activities, and shuttle transportation as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
Uphold resort service standards and policies at all times
Qualifications
1 year of customer service experience preferred
Previous hotel, resort, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license required
Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to operate resort vehicles and shuttle transportation when required
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
The Resort functions seven days a week and may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. All employees, both management and hourly, must realize that, at times, it may be necessary to adjust schedules to meet business demands.
