What You'll Do
As an Automotive Technician, you'll perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while delivering the quality workmanship Honda customers expect.
Responsibilities Include:
- Performing repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Diagnosing vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and special service tools
- Test-driving vehicles and evaluating vehicle systems and components
- Repairing and maintaining engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and related components
- Communicating repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors
- Providing accurate repair timelines and documentation
- Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Collaborating with the Parts Department to ensure timely repairs
- Maintaining productivity while delivering high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- 3-5+ Years of Professional Automotive Technician Experience Required
- Honda dealership experience preferred
- Manufacturer certification or dealership experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven
- Customer-focused professional with strong communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
