About this role
The candidate will support wafer fab production and failure analysis groups on process development, process monitor, tool qual and Failure Analysis (FA) of semiconductor devices. Responsibilities include proposing failure analysis techniques to reach desired results, performing surface characterization, electrical testing, data analysis, report and presenting to internal and external teams.
