We’re   looking for an Associate Technical Specialist to join our Client Technology team within Global Enterprise IT.   You’ll   support the secure,   compliant   and reliable operation of Sky’s   windows and mobile   estate, helping with vulnerability remediation, endpoint hardening, patch deployment and first- and second-line support.   You’ll   also   maintain   clear documentation and contribute to continuous improvement across our endpoint platforms.

What   you'll   do:

- Support day-to-day Unified Endpoint Management operations across the   windows and mobile   estate, using Microsoft Intune and related tools to   monitor   device security, compliance,   configuration   and patching.
- Triage and support CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management elevation issues, escalating complex cases where   appropriate .
- Work under the guidance of Technical Specialists and Senior Technical Specialists to support endpoint platform operations, upgrades, testing, deployments, change   activity   and service improvement.
- Manage incidents, service   requests   and project tasks in line with agreed priorities, providing first- and second-line endpoint support.
- Help improve endpoint platforms in line with business,   security   and operational needs, while   maintaining   accurate   documentation for platform changes,   workflows   and support processes.
- Participate in the team’s out-of-hours support rota.

What   you'll   bring:

- Experience managing or supporting   windows   endpoints in an enterprise environment, with a basic understanding of Microsoft Intune, endpoint   security   and compliance concepts.
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Exposure to PowerShell,   automation   or API-based tooling.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document platform changes,   workflows   and support processes.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across technical teams.
- A reliable,   accurate ,   consistent   and conscientious approach, together with a willingness to learn and develop   expertise   in modern endpoint management technologies.

How you’ll work

We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 2 days in the office per week.

Your office space:

Osterley or Livingston

Osterley: Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. You can also use our free shuttle buses to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing   Broadway   and South Ealing tube stations. The campus includes bike shelters and showers, subsidised restaurants and cafés, a Waitrose, a subsidised   gym   and a cinema.

Livingston: Our Livingston campus is a free shuttle bus journey from Livingston North train station and the town centre, with onsite parking for cars,   motorbikes   and bicycles.   You’ll   also find a subsidised canteen and onsite gym.
