Inbound&Out bound Quality Team Leader

Main Tasks

- Lead and develop the Inbound&outbound quality team to manage the supplier quality per global supplier quality strategy/guidelines/processes
- Lead the team to manage supplier audits
- Work with procurement for new supplier qualification, development
- Lead the team to realize supplier quality control plan for key material category, ensuring sufficient material qualificiation
- Lead the team to work with procurement on supplier quality performance evaluation and improvement
- Lead the supplier quality improvement projects for profitup, ensuring stable quality is supplied
- Work with development, procurement on R&D project/new product quality
- Work with supply chain on change management at supplier side
- Other Tasks assigned by manager or global quality projects.

Competencies

Function relative Knowledge and Skills

- Strong organizational & communication skills and leadership ability to drive improvement within the team
- Quality tools such as 8D, FMEA and APQP are preferred.
- Be sensitive/critical thinking to deviations/ potential risks and the ability to solve the problem

Requirements
Education

- Bachelor diploma in Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.

Experience

- 3+ years experience in the manufacture of mechanical/machining parts background
- 2+ years management experience in the leader position of Process/Supplier Quality
- Experience in Quality tools (5 whys, 8D, FMEA, APQP…) and risk management is preferred
