Oracle Executive Leadership Recruiting seeks a strategic, research-driven (contract) Analyst to power executive hiring across engineering, AI, data centers, architecture, robotics, and other technical functions.
Partnering with Analysts & Executive Recruiters, you’ll ID high-caliber passive talent and build executive profiles, search strategies, market maps, pipelines, and org charts. You will deliver market/competitive intelligence that accelerates hiring decisions, synthesize public, internal, and approved subscription data; and refine search strategies through recruiter and stakeholder feedback.
Ideal candidates bring executive search, talent intelligence, and technology research experience; strong knowledge of engineering and product organizations; exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; and the discretion and precision needed to support senior-level searches.
