As a Lobby Ambassador, a typical day will include:
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests. Utilizes tools to seamlessly screen targeted customers and connect them to a Marketing Executive.
- Suppl ies Owners and guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
- Ensure s proper coverage and execution throughout the lobby as directed and maximizes interactions during peak arrival periods .
- Promote s awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Assists with any additional strategies to drive Marketing efforts and Site Volume.
- Takes inventories and ensures all desks in the lobby are stocked with appropriate levels of supplies and collateral.
Guest Experience and Company Standards :
- Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Lobby Ambassador :
- Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
- Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
- Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
