$32.50 + Commission (Training Pay)**

**The Sales Executive position pays a base wage of $16 per hour with production pay

As a Sales Executive Trainee , a typical day will include:

- Answer O wner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery.
- Follow up on referrals/leads from O wners.
- Fulfill requests from O wners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
- Contact O wners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
- Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.

Guest Experience and Company Standards :

- Welcome and greet all guests and anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Sales Executive T rainee :

- Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
- Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
- The incumbent is required to maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
- One-year related experience is preferred .
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
