In-House Marketing Coordinator

As an In-House Marketing Coordinator , you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

As an In-House Marketing Coordinator , a typical day will include:

- Make telemarketing calls to Owners.
- Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
- Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
- Ensure that all Owners attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Marriott Vacation Club products and services.

Guest Experience and Company Standards:

- Welcome and greet guests ; anticipate and address their needs.

- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

- Contribute to team goals.

- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become an In-House Coordinator :

- Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests by phone.

- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.

- Concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.

- Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
