We are seeking a Part time Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary hospice team. This flexible, on-call role is ideal for a licensed OT who is passionate about enhancing quality of life through therapeutic support. You will provide in-home care to hospice patients, helping them maintain comfort, independence, and dignity in their own environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Provide therapeutic interventions to support mobility, safety, and function

- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment

- Collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, and physicians

- Document services and progress in accordance with hospice standards

- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and holistic care planning

Qualifications

- Current Washington State license as an Occupational Therapist

- Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in hospice, palliative care, or geriatrics

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

- Compassionate approach to end-of-life care

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes or facilities
