About this role

[What the role is]
You will support the development and activation of JTC’s LaunchPad ecosystems, fostering a vibrant environment for startups, corporates, and research institutions. Your role includes shaping strategy, building partnerships, engaging communities, and designing programmes that drive innovation and collaboration. As a key connector between JTC and external stakeholders, you will strengthen Singapore’s innovation landscape and position LaunchPads as premier hubs for deep tech and emerging industries.

[What you will be working on]

Ecosystem Development:

- Help develop strategies to grow the LaunchPad community and support Singapore’s innovation goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends to guide program planning.
- Track and report on the community’s growth and success.

Partnership Development:

- Build relationships with accelerators, investors, universities, and government agencies.
- Support the creation of partnership agreements and ensure they are beneficial for the community.
- Assist in identifying and connecting startups with businesses and corporate partners.

Community Building & Engagement:

- Plan activities that encourage networking and knowledge sharing.
- Provide support to startups, including mentorship and access to resources.
- Organize events to promote LaunchPad and engage the community.

Innovation & Talent Programs:

- Assist in running programs that help startups and businesses solve problems together.
- Support talent programs to bring in and train innovation-focused professionals.
- Experiment with new ideas to improve the ecosystem’s value.

5. Data & Reporting:

- Collect and analyze data to track community activities and events.
- Use data to improve programs and measure success.
- Prepare regular updates on progress and results for senior management.

[What we are looking for]

Applicants should possess:

- Preferably background in Real Estate, Geography, Business, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines

- Proven track record in ecosystem development, innovation management, corporate partnerships, or startup community building is preferred
- Strong understanding of the startup and innovation landscape in Singapore and the region
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders across public, private, and academic sectors
- Experience in programme design, event management, and community engagement
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
