職位概述
酷澎 正在 尋找 一位具備豐富經驗的 中段物流 / 幹線運輸經理 ，負責領導並優化公司中程運輸（ Middle-mile Transportation ）營運。在此職位中，您將全面管理 酷澎 物流網絡中所有卡車運輸業務（ Inbound + Outbound ），涵蓋物流中心、轉運中心及 配送站之間的運輸作業。
您 將協助 建立標準化營運流程、制定服務水準指標，透過數據分析推動運輸成本下降，並與跨部門團隊合作，以支持業務規模持續成長。
主要職責
1. 幹線運輸策略與營運管理（ Linehaul Strategy & Operations ）
- 規劃、執行並優化 酷澎 物流網絡內的幹線運輸路線。
- 提升車輛調度效率、路線串接能力及卡車裝載率。
- 持續推動運輸成本優化與節省方案。
2. 系統與調度管理（ Systems & Dispatch Management ）
- 使用運輸管理系統（ TMS ）及倉儲管理系統（ WMS ）進行日常車輛調度管理。
- 與 物流中心、轉運中心 、 配送站及第三方物流夥伴（ 3PL ）保持即時營運溝通。
- 確保運輸作業順暢且具備高度可視性。
3. 績效與供應商管理（ Performance & Vendor Management ）
- 建立、監控並持續改善運輸服務水準（ LOS ）及相關 KPI 。
- 管理第三方物流運輸供應商（ 3PL ）。
- 監督各路線營運績效及費用結算流程。
4. 流程改善與跨部門協作（ Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Alignment ）
- 主導中程運輸（ Middle-mile ）相關策略專案。
- 建立並標準化運輸作業流程。
- 與供應鏈管理（ SCM ）、物流履行中心（ CFS ）、零售部門（ Retail ）及 Hub Operations 緊密合作，解決營運瓶頸。
5. 高階主管報告（ Executive Reporting ）
- 分析複雜物流數據，建立可執行的 KPI 管理架構。
- 向高階管理層提供關鍵營運洞察與策略建議。
- 支持決策制定及資源配置。
必備條件
- 大學（四年制）以上學歷。
- 具備 10 年以上物流與運輸管理相關經驗 。
- 具備 2 年以上團隊管理經驗 （如 Team Lead 、 Section Manager 或同等職級）。
- 具備 2 年以上物流流程設計、營運 KPI 管理 經驗。
- 曾直接向高階主管或 C-Level 報告營運成果。
- 以日班為主。
- 能配合旺季或特殊營運需求調整工作時段。
加分條件
- 曾任職於以下相關產業者佳：電子商務 、 零售供應鏈 、 快遞物流 、 第三方物流公司
- 主修以下相關科系者佳：物流管理 、 供應鏈管理 、 工業工程
- 熟悉 SQL 、 進階 Excel 、 Tableau 、 Power BI
- 能運用數據分析工具進行物流績效分析與決策支持。
- 曾參與或實際使用以下系統：
- TMS （ Transportation Management System ，運輸管理系統）
- BMS （ Business Management System ）
- WMS （ Warehouse Management System ，倉儲管理系統）
- 具備優秀的跨部門溝通與協作能力。
- 具備商務英文溝通能力。
