Quality Engineer, Body Structures and Closures in charge of Body Structures and Closures Quality Engineering activities at AMP2 KSA and working in a challenging and fast-paced environment where you will work with a highly motivated team on extremely challenging projects. The Quality Engineer works with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle working proactively to protect the L ucid production lines from quality issues through a proactive approach . You will work closely with supplier quality, Quality E ngineering and Manufacturing teams .

You Will:

- Ensure the compliance of the Quality deliverables for each project milestone during the launch phase with the corporate standards .

- Ensure the follow up and compliance of the Quality tests and validations with Product Engineering.

- Check and validate the APQP/PPAP process with supplier Quality and Product Engineering.

- Ensure the parts maturity Level and secure the production lines.

- Monitor the reactivity with Incoming Quality and suppliers regarding the defective parts.

- Define requirements for Incoming Quality Inspection and ensure resources training including third parties.

- Collect and track findings from Incoming Quality Inspection during launch to secure the production line and address the findings with suppliers and cross-functional team.

- Proactively identify and mitigate supplier’s risks in collaboration with Supplier Quality Development.

- Monitor the problem solving with Launch team, check the solution’s implementation and effectiveness through Gemba and track sustainability.

- Lead the reactivity process and problem solving for internal issues reported from Pre-Delivery Inspection and Lucid Customer Product Audit findings working with supplier quality, manufacturing and Product Engineering.

- Contribute to improving customer experience by leading 0MiS, 3MiS, 6MiS… findings and associated containment and problem solving in coordination with Field Quality, Supplier Quality, Product Engineering and Manufacturing teams.

- Ensure readiness and approvals for New Parts Introduction in the Plant (parts change management) including trials and PPAP approvals.

- Monitor the ECR implementation within PLM or equivalent system .

You Bring:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering and Master's Degree preferred).

- 2-4 years of experience within a greenfield OEM is a must .

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role is a Must.

- Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.

- Able to motivate, influence, gain consensus and can interface well with senior management.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.

- Strong data analysis and visualization skills.

- Ability to lead complex issues and communicate with different levels of the organization .

- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution System applications is a plus.
