THE JOB:

As a  Food Server  for  Public House  at  Luxor , you will play a central role in driving the high-energy, friendly atmosphere of our vibrant sports-pub destination situated inside the iconic pyramid. Going beyond simply taking orders and finalizing checks, you will serve as a dynamic ambassador of fun, guiding guests through our extensive draft beer selections and comforting, crowd-pleasing pub classics. By working in seamless, high-spirited collaboration with your service team to maintain immaculate stations and anticipate every table's needs, you will deliver the fast, friendly, and welcoming hospitality that transforms a casual gameday gathering into a spectacular, memorable experience.

THE STARTING RATE:  $14.4497 Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

- Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
- Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages
- Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach
- Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations
- Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Food Server in a Fast Paced or High-Volume restaurant environment preferred
