THE ROLE

Legends is seeking a Concessions Manager to lead stadium food and beverage operations. This role ensures efficient service, strong financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience during all events while maintaining compliance with company policies and health regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUT I ES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee all concession operations during events
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise concession staff
- Ensure all stands are properly stocked, staffed, and operational
- Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, and control costs
- Oversee inventory management and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
- Maintain food safety standards and certifications
- Handle guest concerns and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions and menu offerings

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carries out supervisory responsibilities   in accordance with   all Legends   Global   policies and applicable laws.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience in food service, concessions, or hospitality management

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Experience in high-volume stadium, arena, or large venue preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and revenue
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
