About this role
The Designer - Men's Accessories will be responsible for creating commercially relevant, trend-led accessory collections for Splash, aligned with the brand's fashion direction, target customer, seasonal themes and business objectives. The role covers key men's accessory categories and requires close collaboration with Buying, Merchandising, Sourcing and suppliers to translate trends into commercially viable products while maintaining quality, price and delivery standards.
