About this role

UX/UI Designer is responsible for collecting, researching, investigating, evaluating user requirements, and delivering an outstanding user experience providing an exceptional and intuitive application design.

Key responsibilities

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

- Build page navigation buttons and search fields

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma .

- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration tools).

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Previous experience designing digital products within the gaming, gambling, iGaming, or betting industry is considered a strong advantage.

- Ability to present and justify design decisions based on user needs and business goals.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Advanced English skills, both verbal and written

- Being comfortable working in an Agile delivery methodology

- Having the desire to produce work of the highest quality

- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.

- Being comfortable in creating design concepts and taking through to final high-quality deliverables

Nice to have

- Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, or FigJam.

- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).

- Experience with design systems or component libraries.
