Overview

As an employee of the Atlanta Fed   (“the Bank”) , you will help support our mission of promoting the stability and efficiency of the U.S. economy and financial system. As a member of the   Research Department and the   Regional Economic Information Network   (REIN)   team, you will be working directly with business and community leaders in our six-state district. Position Summary

Under the direction   of the   Miami   REIN   Director   and Regional Executive,   you will support our team by   managing   key   office operations while providing support for   our   Miami   Regional Executive.   You will   lead   and support key projects ,   working wit h   the   local   team,   REIN ,   the Research   division ,   and   with   other business partners throughout the   Atlanta Fed ’s footprint .   You will   need to   be adept at   coordinating and communicating with   business   executives and   have an agile and strategic mindset to work   innovatively and   proactively with in   and across   teams .   You   will play   an important role   in working with our Board s   of Directors and Advisory Councils.   You will c ontribute   to the   broader work   of the Research   D ivision and   the Atlanta Fed   by ensuring that work is aligned   with   the Bank’s strategic priorities.

This position   is   on-site in   Doral, FL .

Key   R esponsibilities

Executive Support

- Provide administrative   support   for the Miami Regional Executive and Director, including travel management, expense reconciliation, calendar management and scheduling   internal and external meetings and other events ,   meeting preparation,   and other tasks as needed.

- L iai se   with Miami branch operations, cash services, facilities, law enforcement, and cafeteria/catering teams by   facilitating   clear communication and coordination among these groups that support REIN’s needs   and   engag e   in cross ‑ department discussions to   identify   process improvements, resolve issues, and strengthen collaboration.

- C oordinat e   and support   special projects and   select   strategic assignments   across REIN   working with REIN business coordinators and analysts .

Outreach and Relationship   Management

- Support the Secretary of the Miami branch   B oard of   D irectors   and the Travel and Tourism Advisory Council   with communications, meeting planning and preparations, and travel arrangements and reimbursements.

- Serve as the first point of contact   with   business   executives   and community   leaders   and their assistants across   South Florida , exercising highly professional communication, thoroughness, and accuracy.

- Help to   expand the reach and diversity of the team’s   business   contact network in South Florida through ongoing research   to help advance   REIN’s intelligence-gathering   responsibilities   and recruit ment   for the branch board of directors and advisory councils .

- Assist   with contact information management using customer relationship management (CRM) software and   m aintain   a comprehensive view of South Florida contact relationships through reports and other visualization s .

Event Management

- Arrange and coordinate logistical and administrative details   for   on- and off-site events, meetings, and conferences for the Miami REIN team, including the Miami Branch Board of Directors and Atlanta Fed advisory council(s) meetings.

- Engage   with local internal partners including Miami   branch operations, law enforcement,   and catering staff   to host events and meetings at the branch .

- Collaborat e   with external partners   to plan and host off-site events including speeches and roundtables .

- Oversee event management functions and external vendors inclusive of catering, facilities,   technology   and communication.

Education  
A B achelor’s   degree   or four years equivalent experience preferred .    
 
Experience  
Ideal candidate will have five to eight years of experience. Prior experience coordinating activities with senior executives and their assistants preferred.  
 
Knowledge Areas/Technical Skills

- Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills

- Strong   project management and   organizational skills

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Outlook )   proficiency

- E xperience with CRM   and AI   applications   preferred

Additional Requirements:

- This position will require   at   minimum fingerprinting for a criminal background check,   education   and employment verification, along with potential   additional   screening requirements due to the information accessed while performing the job. Any offer of employment is contingent upon satisfactory results of any required background screening. These screenings would be   initiated   at the time of offer acceptance and can take up to approximately 8 weeks to be completed. The screening covers areas such as education/employment verification, criminal history, credit history, and reaches out to your references and people that know you well.

- For   Law Enforcement   positions, physical, psychological, drug, stress/EKG, and attending an academy will be   required .
