About this role
The Analyst IT Digital Products is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, evolution, and integration of in-house digital products that enable seamless interaction between customers and Cargolux's services.
The role focuses on analyzing business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and supporting the complete lifecycle of customer-facing digital applications and APIs, including the Customer Portal, Customer API, and Marketplaces API. The objective is to deliver secure, reliable, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions that support Cargolux's Digital Sales strategy and customer experience objectives.
The position acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, external partners, and development teams to ensure the successful delivery, enhancement, and support of digital products.
