Technical eDiscovery Specialist

MacMore is looking to fill a part-time position for an Experienced  Technical eDiscovery Specialist for a pending contract award at the  Farm Credit Administration.

Location :
Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, with primary concentration at the FCA headquarters office in McLean, Virginia

Responsibilities :

Technical eDiscovery Specialist shall perform support activities according to the requirements
- Experience in forensic data collection and preservation
- Experience  in data processing
- Experience in legal hold and custodian management
- Experience with Enterprise Data Systems (M365, Windows, Mobile Devices)
- Experience administering systems that deal with sensitive data
- Experience working in federal or highly regulated environments
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of recent experience (education may not be substituted for experience) that includes:   
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an eDiscovery Technical Specialist 
- Minimum 3 years of experience  as an eDiscovery Technical Analyst 
- Established experience administering, configuring, tuning, and troubleshooting eDiscovery tools and documenting technical procedures.
- Expert experience leading, administering, configuring, tuning, troubleshooting, and improving eDiscovery program area responsibilities
- Experience and working knowledge of Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) standards
-  Proficient in technical writing and documentation
- Experience in data governance, retention and data systems
- Experience with Microsoft Purview and related Microsoft 365 compliance tools
- Experience with legal hold, preservation and data-collection best practices
- Experience in information security, access control and auditing practices
