The Role

As a Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the financial transition from vehicle selection to final delivery.

You will work closely with our Sales Managers and Sales Professionals to structure transactions, secure competitive financing, present protection products, ensure complete and compliant documentation, and create a smooth path to delivery.

Our expectation is simple: strong production, strong compliance, and a client experience worthy of a luxury retailer.

Key Responsibilities

- Structure retail and lease transactions to maximize both client value and dealership profitability

- Present financing, leasing, vehicle protection products, and ownership options professionally and confidently

- Maintain strong product penetration and F&I profitability while protecting the long-term relationship with the client

- Submit and secure approvals through appropriate lending partners

- Develop and maintain productive relationships with banks, credit unions, captive lenders, and other financial institutions

- Review deal structure and identify opportunities to improve approvals, terms, and profitability

- Ensure all contracts, disclosures, title documents, lender requirements, and supporting paperwork are accurate and complete

- Maintain strict adherence to federal, state, lender, manufacturer, and dealership compliance requirements

- Minimize contracts-in-transit and funding delays through disciplined deal review and follow-through

- Work closely with Sales Management to overcome financing challenges and create solutions that help complete transactions

- Support and coach Sales Professionals on credit conversations, leasing, protection products, and proper deal preparation

- Protect the dealership from unnecessary financial, regulatory, and documentation risk

- Maintain the discretion, professionalism, appearance, and communication standards expected in a luxury automotive environment

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in automotive F&I and understands how to produce without creating unnecessary friction in the transaction.

You should be comfortable working with prime and non-prime credit, leases, complex deal structures, lender negotiations, and high-value transactions.

More importantly, you should know how to read the client in front of you.

We are looking for someone who can explain financial options clearly, establish credibility quickly, ask for the business confidently, and recognize that a great F&I experience should increase the client's confidence in their purchase-not diminish it.

Qualifications

- Prior automotive Finance Manager/F&I experience required

- Proven record of F&I production and product penetration

- Strong knowledge of automotive lending and leasing

- Working knowledge of applicable F&I compliance requirements

- Strong lender relationships and approval-management skills

- Excellent organizational and documentation habits

- Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- High level of personal accountability and integrity

- Luxury automotive experience is preferred but not required

- Experience with Genesis, Hyundai, or captive manufacturer financing is a plus

Our Finance Philosophy

At Genesis of Manchester, the Finance Department should never feel disconnected from the experience that brought the client to the vehicle. We believe great F&I is consultative, transparent, confident, and profitable. The Finance Manager's responsibility is not simply to complete paperwork. It is to help the client make informed decisions about how they will purchase, finance, lease, and protect one of the largest purchases they make. We expect our Finance Managers to protect the client relationship while protecting dealership profitability. Those two responsibilities belong together.

Why Genesis of Manchester?

Genesis is building a distinctly different position within the luxury automotive market, and our standalone facility gives us the opportunity to deliver that experience without compromise.

For the right Finance Manager, this is an opportunity to help shape the culture and operating standards of a growing luxury dealership-not simply inherit the habits of an existing finance office.

We are looking for someone who wants to produce at a high level, be held to a high standard, and become an important part of the leadership team.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this position will be measured by more than dollars per copy. We will evaluate F&I gross, product penetration, lender performance, funding speed, compliance, CSI/client experience, deal accuracy, teamwork, and overall contribution to dealership profitability. We want an experienced Finance Manager who understands that sustainable performance matters more than short-term numbers.

If you are an experienced automotive Finance Manager who takes pride in your production, your professionalism, and the quality of the experience you provide, we would like to speak with you.
