About this role

Function:

Execute transport operations.  100% commitment with the SAPS industrial safety program.

Key responsibilities

- PEG & EGU daily fuel freight reconciliation (Monday to Friday) Review and daily reconciliation of the freight report with scheduling
- Daily update of the weekly freight report that covers the freights from Thursday to Wednesday
- Sending the reconciled freight report with scheduling to each hauler
- Feedback from each hauler to Puma fleet of the freight report received
- Update of the report of stays, deviations, additional distance, custodians, tolls and any additional charges that apply

- Monitoring of the daily operation of fuels: deliveries to BtB and RET customers Mechanical failures reported by the haulers
- Claims in the service provided by the haulers and/or product quality reported by the customers/sales
- Drivers and units registration in Navision
- Direct pending actions to the corresponding area
- Follow up on delays in arriving to load, in loading at the terminals, in route to arrive with customers and download with the customers
- Provide the location of the units, either because it is requested to the hauler or because it is searched in the GPS page
- Deviations
- Find units for deliveries coordinated the same day

- Reconciliation of the weekly freight report with the financial feedback
- Review of lubricant freight and weekly delivery to finance

- Purchase orders for biweekly freight  payment for fuels and monthly for lubricants Biweekly freight report reconciled with scheduling, the haulers and finance
- Generation of purchase orders and entry in the OC report LOG
- Request for approvals
- Confirmation of approvals
- Sending approved orders and request for invoices to the haulers
- Request for payment passwords and constancies of retention to reception
- Sending of payment passords and constancies of retention to the haulers
- Follow up to the payment process

- Transport credit notes Review the F45 formats received from San Jose and Santo Tomas Terminals
- Follow-up, registration and issuance of form F152 Credit note of the missings that apply and those that do not apply collection (according to F45)
- Registration of information to the reports F254 Credit Notes Report and Missing Report (collection of missings to the haulers)

- Transport fuels reports Collection of delays during product deliveries F452
- Compilation of information for the evaluation of supplier performance (mechanical failures, missings, service level)

Preferred Education

- Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Industrial Technician.

Experience:

- Minimum 2-year experience working in industrial facilities in maintenance, production, logistics and/or transportation areas.
- Data bases management.

Skills:

- Knowledge of the country’s geography.
- Knowledge of software packages such as Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Comprehensive general knowledge of mechanics and logistics.
