Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate industry package solutions. Customize and configure software or service packages to align with client business processes. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot package-related issues. • Exposure to various Tier-2 enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including Infor, Apriso Flexnet, IFS, Maconomy, Notes/Domino, and BPCS. • Experience working with manufacturing execution systems (MES) to deliver integrated technology solutions that meet client business needs. • Exposure to core business functions and the ability to understand how technology systems support these functions. • Additional ERP System Knowledge: Exposure to other Tier-2 ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, can be beneficial in providing high-quality consulting services to clients. • Broader MES Systems Experience: Experience working with various MES systems beyond those mentioned can help deliver integrated technology solutions that meet diverse client business needs. • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Exposure to specific industries, such as manufacturing or logistics, can enhance understanding of core business functions and how technology systems support these functions.
