You will be part of a team that drives construction productivity through technology adoption and process transformation.
[What you will be working on]
Responsibilities
You will be part of the management team which develops and implements strategies to drive industry-level adoption of construction technologies [e.g. Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA), robotics and automation] and lean construction practices. You will have to formulate strategies and initiatives to transform construction methodologies and processes at scale and engage stakeholders to address implementation challenges.

- Possesses strong leadership qualities, sectoral knowledge and can think strategically.
