Job Description: Particle   Cleanliness Expert

We are looking for a n   experienced technical expert   to   ensure that our   semiconductor inspection tools   achieve the highest stan dards   of   particle cleanliness .

What’s   in it for you?

You will   join a dynamic field   that   ensures   optimum   performance   from   our scanning electron microscopes   (SEM)   in semiconductor manufacturing .

Our Group :

The position is in the R&D   M echanical   E ngineering   group. You will join a team dedicated to   delivering cleanliness solutions together with the designe rs of Applied Materials ’   next generation of   scanning electron microscop es.

What   you'll  be doing :

- A na lyz ing   and solv ing   complex   contamination issue s   in   SEM tools.
- Developing   particle mitigation solutions   for next - generation product s .
- Helping   your colleagues understand particle b ehavior.
- Defining and promoting best practices   for designing & building   clean tools .
- Discussing   technical issues with customers and vendors.

What   you should   have?

- MSc   or   PhD in   Chemistry / Materials or Chemical Engineering   / Physics (or related fields)
- Experience   in   semiconductor manufacturing   or related industries (3 +   years) .
