Position Summary
1. Minimize investment by designing/producing equipment/parts optimized to new products and processes.
2. Maximize the productivity by finding problems that cause low productivity and high cost on site and solving those problems.
3. Contribute to stabilizing mass production in early stages through standardization, field support, information sensing and provision of technology.
4. It contributes to the establishment of eco-safety workplace through the discovery and application of new construction method/new technology.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Improvement of remodeling equipment/parts] Participate in utilizing surplus facilities through remodeling of equipment/parts for mass production of new products.
2. [Improvement of productivity] Analyze the cause of low equipment efficiency to raise productivity.
3. [Cost reduction] Analyze why material cost and productivity cost are generated to maximize productivity with minimum cost.
4. [Standardization] Analyze the cause of differences in rules, roles, specifications and systems used on site and make improvement.
5. [Stabilization of mass production line and field support] Find problems on site and analyze its causes for stabilization of mass production.
6. [Information sensing and development of new technology/technical method] Participate in tasks related to identifying the trend of new technology and technical method reflecting it in the new mass production line.
Skills and Qualifications
• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
