Responsibilities:
- Sourcing CVs.
- Identifying open positions in coordination with department managers.
- Creating requisitions.
- screening CVs as per JD requirements.
- Arranging interviews with candidates.
- Issuing offers and verifying documents
- experience in workday
- experience of dealing with overseas agencies.
- Tracking complete recruitment projectwise.
- experience in campaigns & bulk hiring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Human resource or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years
