THE TEAM

The mission of   the   Supply Chain Engineering Department   is to   architect a resilient Supply Chain network that enables business scalability for today and tomorrow.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing   and our   Supply Chain Engineering   team is growing   with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for   driving   the scalable development of our Supply Chain   n etwork .   You will play a pivotal role in   managing the   design of our facilities and the development   of solutions to   optimize   operations throughout our Distribution Centres .   With   people at the heart of everything   we   do,   you will   support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia—while enjoying one yourself.

THE ROLE

As   the   Senior Manager/ Manager, Supply Chain Engineering,   you will   lead the team to:

- Work with the   appropriate Business   Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate   objectives , while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience .

- Integrate business requirements into facility designs and plans.

- Evaluate, select, integrate, and support the maintenance of best fit equipment within our Supply Chain network.
- Engage in the evaluation and   selection   of technology solutions within our Supply Chain network.

- Equip our people with simple, effective, and consistent technical processes.

THE   QUALIFICATIONS

T he   Senior Manager/ Manager, Supply Chain Engineering,   has :

- Proven skills, certifications,   education, and/or experience in

- Supply   chain technical engineering or design roles, ideally in consulting or the Retail industry

- Distribution Centre facility and equipment design

- Combining   equipment, process, and space to develop holistic solution designs that are flexible and scalable to meet business needs

- AutoCAD (or equivalent) used for facility layouts, equipment integration, and space planning

- T ranslating operational requirements into engineered facility and equipment   solutions

- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values   and   Business and People Leadership principles .

THE   COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.    
 
The range for roles at this level is $ 100,00 0   -   $300,000   per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
