About this role

Key Responsibilities

- Perform hardware repair, refurbishment, and redeployment activities for operational equipment and platforms

- Assemble and disassemble hardware systems and components

- Troubleshoot and replace defective components, including computer parts, camera systems, PCB boards, and vehicle-related hardware

- Handle and operate hardware equipment, mechanical tools, soldering tools, and safety equipment

- Ensure proper maintenance and organization of repair center equipment and materials

- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to support repair workflows and material movement

- Maintain accurate repair and inventory documentation

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for repair center supplies and operational materials

- Assist with forecasting workload, inventory needs, and operational capacity

- Support implementation of repair and refurbishment procedures and operational best practices

- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational security procedures

- Collaborate with technical leads and operational teams to document and improve repair processes

Required Qualifications

Education

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred

- Business-level English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in hardware operations, repair, refurbishment, or technical support

- Experience with various testing and troubleshooting techniques

- Experience working with hardware systems, electronics, or mechanical equipment preferred

Technical Skills

- Strong hardware troubleshooting and repair skills

- Familiarity with hardware installation and warehouse operations

- Experience working with:

Vehicle components

- Computer hardware

- Camera systems

- PCB components

- Mechanical and electrical tools

- Ability to safely operate repair tools and workshop equipment

- Experience with soldering tools and basic electronic repairs preferred

- Forklift operation skills are considered an advantage
