About this role
The Role
As Director of Engineering, you will manage multiple teams who are responsible for transforming large raw data inputs into enriched data that powers our core product. The software uses a combination of AI, human operations tools, and large data pipelines. You will be a technical leader, setting the vision for the full-stack architecture. You will partner closely with product managers, operations managers, designers, and customer success to design and deliver new functionality at scale. You will organize and grow your team in order to meet the needs of the business. And you will help team members progress on their individual career paths.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field
- 5+ years of managing managers experience
- 10+ years of engineering leadership, including building large-scale customer-facing products
- Technical depth in operations engineering (or similar), big data pipelines, and AI/ML
- Experience building products using AI/ML
Preferred Experience
- Experience with computer vision and/or video processing
- Domain experience/knowledge in construction
