Instandhalter / Maintenance Technician General Assembly (m/w/d) - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

As a Maintenance Technician in General Assembly, you keep our production lines running. When something breaks, you fix it. When something could break, you prevent it. Your work has a direct and measurable impact on what we ship every day.

- Diagnose and resolve faults on complex production and assembly machinery — quickly and effectively
- Execute scheduled and unscheduled repair, maintenance, and retrofit work across General Assembly equipment
- Contribute to preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime
- Document fault reports, corrective actions, and all maintenance work accurately
- Support cross-functional repair and maintenance efforts when needed
- Uphold Tesla's safety standards and lead by example — PPE, every time
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready

- Completed apprenticeship as an Electrician, Industrial Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, Metalworker, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience maintaining production and assembly machinery
- Strong technical understanding and practical skills
- Working knowledge of drive systems, electronics, and pneumatics
- Comfortable with a 3-shift system and on-call coverage
- Reliable, self-driven, and works well under pressure
- Good English / Germanskills; MS Office proficiency
- English is a plus in our international environment
