About this role

Responsibilities

Partner Training & Enablement

- Deliver training sessions on platform capabilities, integrations, automation workflows, APIs, and implementation best practices

- Support partner onboarding activities, product demonstrations, and selected pre-sales initiatives

- Help partners build confidence in deploying and supporting the platform

Academy Ownership

- Manage and improve the company’s partner training academy

- Update outdated learning materials and create new enablement content

- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to build structured learning paths, documentation, and training videos

Documentation & Knowledge Base

- Create setup guides, implementation documentation, FAQs, SOPs, and partner resources

- Maintain a scalable self-service knowledge base for partners

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions teams to improve partner readiness and enablement materials

- Gather feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to continuously improve training content

Growth & Ownership

- Become a trusted enablement contact for global partners

- Continuously build expertise in AI, SaaS platforms, automation, and integrations

- Contribute to the development of long-term partner enablement strategy

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in Partner Enablement, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Technical Training, Implementation, or similar roles

- Experience with APIs, integrations, technical onboarding, or software implementation

- Strong presentation and communication skills in English

- Experience creating training materials, SOPs, documentation, or knowledge bases

- Good understanding of SaaS platforms, automation technologies, AI tools, or enterprise software

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Professional proficiency in English required; German and/or French is a strong plus
