Position Description: 
•    Work closely with the Sales team to identify and scope opportunities for Cadence system dynamics simulation solutions and related product technologies. 
•    Plan, execute, and manage key technical evaluations and benchmark with existing and potential customers to ensure successful adoption. 
•    Train, ramp-up and accompany customer project. 
•    Conduct basic and advanced trainings, presentations and demos as necessary. 
•    Providing technical expertise to drive clients' needs and address queries, which need expert involvement. 
•    Aligned closely with R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams on customer requirements and contribute to product improvement and technology/direction innovation. 
Position Requirements: 
•    Master’s degree is essential and 5+ years of experience in system dynamics simulation or related fields, with the following capabilities: 
o    Strong understanding of Multibody Dynamics (MBD) theory and simulation methodologies. 
o    Eager to learn new technologies, and willing to promote new technologies to customers. 
o    Experience and proficiency with Adams and Romax ; Familiar with the leading dynamics simulation tools such as Simpack, RecurDyn, Nastran etc. 
o    Familiarity with rigid-flex coupling analysis, mechanism kinematics, and dynamics optimization. 
o    Experience in fatigue life prediction, vibration analysis, and system-level performance validation. 
o    Knowledge of Multiphysics coupling (e.g., dynamics with structural, thermal, and control systems). 
o    Scripting skills (Python, Shell, etc.) for process automation. 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
•    Strong teamwork and customer engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
