Based in India, this position is responsible for supporting Middle East and Africa operations.
Analyst Customer Supply Chain Provide dedicated customer service support to an assigned channel of customers and sales groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assigned customer accounts for the entire order life cycle responsibilities include Inventory Management, and logistics management to ensure orders are shipped to the agreed TATs.
- Place orders, EDI, manual, and rush orders for both Customers and sales representatives.
- Take ownership of and resolve complex customer inquiries through extensive research, a detailed understanding of Order life cycle, systems, and practices; provide timely and informative responses.
- Prepare International shipping documents (Commercial invoice, Packing list, Shipper's Letter of Instruction (SLI), Export declaration, etc.
- Manage logistics from Ocean Freight, Airfreight & Inland freight ensuring the accuracy and verification of documentation such as Bills of Lading (BOL), Air Waybills, freight quotes, Proof of Delivery (POD), etc.
- Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate database/system (prices, delivery dates, inventory, other data related to each transaction, etc)
- Generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, Open Orders, Order to Cash cycle Milestones, etc.
- Prepare and distribute standard and customized internal and customer reports.
- Process OSI's (Operational Service Issues) that result from shortages / mispicks, damaged freight, price discrepancies, etc.
- Advise customers and/or sales reps on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc.
- Communicate with carriers and Medline transportation to meet customer and rep expectations while following SOP’s. Escalate when necessary to meet customer’s need.
Must Have:
- Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of Order to Cash experience and there is no maximum limit for a number of years of experience. Previous experience working in Healthcare, Medical devices, Medical consumables, and Pharma is a plus.
- Excellent English business communication skills (Read, Write and Speak)
- Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Drives results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA.
- Requires some work experience and intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience in customer order management, account management or in the supply chain field.
- Strong Knowledge on international logistics and Incoterms.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to global trade compliance, export documentation, and customs regulations.
- Experience working with KPI dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP BO.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
