We are looking for a Quality Technician to join our team in a unique role combining quality assurance and calibration laboratory work . This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on technical experience while developing your career in a regulated, high-impact environment.

Your Role

As a Quality Technician, you will primarily focus on quality assurance activities (70–80%) , while also supporting the calibration laboratory (20–30%) when needed.

You will work closely with both the Quality team and Calibration Lab , contributing to inspections, investigations, and continuous improvement efforts. This role offers strong exposure to QMS systems, ISO standards, and technical calibration processes .

What You Will Do

Quality Assurance

- Perform inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished goods
- Execute daily testing activities to support inspection processes
- Audit production procedures and operator compliance
- Approve materials and documentation for shipment
- Release materials in the ERP system
- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records
- Provide quality metrics and reports to management
- Support ISO 9001 compliance , Lean initiatives, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues

Quality & Problem Solving

- Support investigations of non-conforming materials
- Assist with deviations, CAPAs, and root cause analysis
- Analyse supplier quality data and identify trends
- Support new product introductions (NPI)
- Apply quality tools in the quality management system such as 5-Why and Ishikawa

Calibration Laboratory

- Perform temperature calibrations following procedures
- Record calibration results, certificates, and reports
- Ensure proper labelling and compliance of calibrated devices
- Maintain calibration equipment and lab standards
- Communicate calibration progress and issues

Do You Have (Requirements)

- Minimum 2 years’ experience with ISO 9001 quality systems
- Basic understanding of:
- Quality systems and inspections
- Calibration principles / metrology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English
- Hands-on, proactive approach to work

Preferred

- Experience in pharma, medical devices, life sciences, or electronics manufacturing
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025
- Knowledge of quality tools ( 8D, CAPA, FMEA )
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Dutch language skills (nice to have)

Pay Range:
€34,500.00 - €69,500.00
