Front Office Consultant
We’re looking for a Front Office Consultant to join our team, reporting to Sr. Manager Technical Analysis. In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver impactful software solutions that enable our clients to operate more efficiently and effectively.
You’ll fit right in if you’re collaborative, detail-oriented, and enjoy working across teams and time zones. You’re energized by solving client challenges and delivering high-quality results that make a real difference.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and implement software solutions based on client requirements and project plans.
- Lead client workshops to define detailed product and functional requirements.
- Install and set up platforms either onsite or remotely, ensuring a smooth deployment.
- Deliver training sessions to end-users and administrators to drive adoption and success.
- Partner with internal teams (including Sales) to provide technical and functional insights that support client solutions and proposals.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–8+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage client interactions, gather requirements, and deliver solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Comfortable working with enterprise software tools and configuration environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or a regulated industry.
- Experience delivering client training or leading workshops.
- Familiarity with working in international or cross-cultural environments.
Location
This position will be located in Mexico City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
