About this role

Your Responsibilities:

- Support the Content and AEO team with reviewing, organizing, and optimizing website content.

- Work within the CMS to create, update, and publish content, ensuring deadlines are met.

- Help manage workflows via Jira, tracking tasks and supporting efficient team execution.

- Perform regular QA checks to ensure content accuracy, proper localization, and a smooth user experience.

- Conduct competitor research and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

- Support website projects and enhancements alongside the eCommerce Operations Manager.

- Assist with market research, UGC curation (e.g. Pixlee), and maintaining key landing pages (e.g. Run Hub).

- Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce and Marketing teams to understand the full digital ecosystem.

Your Qualifications:

- University student in the field of business studies and/or marketing.

- Interest in eCommerce, content, digital transformation, web development.

- Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of task.

- Demonstrated ability to connect the dots and find creative solutions to problems.

- Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results.

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results.

- Strong customer focus and ability to anticipate and react to changing plans.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional European languages are considered a plus.

- Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner in order to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community.
