About this role
We are looking for you as Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) for the maintenance of the Tesla Model Y manufacturing and assembly machines
- Elimination of simple errors and malfunctions on complex production and assembly machines for Tesla Model Y / Cells / Batteries and Drive Units production
- Timely and professional execution of repair, maintenance, servicing and modification activities on all production machines
- Participate and support in the implementation of preventive maintenance for specific machines
- Documenting damage reports and troubleshooting
- Documenting all maintenance, modification and repair work
- Support cross-company repair and maintenance work
- Compliance with all guidelines, safety and accident prevention regulations, including the consistent wearing of personal protective equipment
- Completed training in the field of electronics, industrial mechanics, mechanics or similar
- Professional experience in the field of maintenance of production and assembly machines, preferably in the automotive industry
- Profound technical understanding and good practical manual skills
- Basic knowledge of the structure and geometry of production systems, as well as basic knowledge in drive technology, electronics and pneumatics
- Regular use of the following tools: Siemens S7 / TIA / Field PG , PLC Fanuc / Kuka
- Hands-on mentality as well as the willingness to work in 3 shifts with weekend work
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
